SWICK MATICH BUILDING - Ground-up Block Masonry building housing a Men's and Women's Restroom, Storage and Maintenance Room, and a Concession Stand. Work included exterior flatwork, Redwood Trellis, interior countertops, Stainless Steel restroom fixtures, all utility connections, concrete tile roofing, wood framing, wire-mesh security panels, and screened pass-thru windows.
