Worked for six years directly managing projects ranging in value from a few thousand dollars to over seven million dollars.

Responsible for project scheduling, contract negotiation, contract enforcement, budgeting, cost control, site safety, subordinate evaluations, craftsmen scheduling, subcontract documentation and coordination among others.

Managed and scheduled a staff of up to six craftsmen for all on-going projects within the company.

Scheduled and evaluated a staff of up to 11 Superintendents for all on-going projects within the company.

Responsible for monthly training meetings for all project related office personnel and all field personnel.

Assisted Owner of the Company in all computer related needs. Maintained company inventory of field computers and assisted Superintendents in learning and using the Company project management software.

Attended all Owner/Client meetings and coordinated all documentation between the General, Owner, and Subcontractor.

Coordinated RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders, Billings, Contract disputes, Delay issues, Inspections, etc. for all on-going projects.

Completed projects under Local, County, Health, OSHPD, and DSA jurisdictions in the Public and Private sectors.

Managed up to $14 million dollars in on-going construction on 6 different projects at the same time.

Interviewed, hired, and terminated staff within the Project Management Department.
Proficient in Primavera Expedition and Primavera Suretrak. Have completed initial Suretrak Certification Class.

Attended selected Project Interviews and assisted in Customer relations.
